Dark Chocolate Oreo Filling Brownies (Allergen Friendly + Vegan!)

dark chocolate oreo filling browniesDo you love brownies as much as I do??? Well how bout if we chop up some Square bars that taste just like Peppermint Patties, and then top it with Oreo Filling Frosting??? Have I sold you yet???

Thought so.

I was devastated when I found out I could no longer eat Oreos. I think I cried when I couldn’t even eat the gluten free ones when I found out I had a soy allergy too. My waist band loved it of course. Well it has been way to long, so I figured, HEY! I can create something amazing. And these are AMAZING, let me tell you. If you are allergic to soy use Nutiva’s Coconut Shortening… if not go with the old fashioned kind. And don’t forget to chop up the Square bars, seriously the best part. I came across Square bars when I was looking for a snack replacement, since there aren’t a whole lot of packaged foods out there that I can eat. Most of them are dairy, soy, and gluten free, AND DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE.
