Nutella Oreo Brownies


I know.

I had you at the word, “Nutella”.

You know… once you open that Nutella jar, there is no going back.

Yes, Nutella is amazing straight from the Jar.

However, if you take some of that gooey goodness and make Brownies filled with said “Gooey Goodness”, followed up with┬ádoubled up Oreos crammed inside, then top with more Oreos, and finish it off by drizzling in Nutella Frosting…..

Well let’s just say, these Brownies will be best Nutella or Brownie recipe you will have EVER tasted.

Nutella Oreo Brownies

{Makes 9 generous Servings}

Ingredients for Brownies:

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Nutella
  • 2 t. Vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C. Butter Softened
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 t. Baking Powder
  • 1 1/4 C. All Purpose Flour
  • 9 Cupcake Liners
  • One Package of Oreos… Some for Brownies… and some for eating as you make the brownies ­čśë

Ingredients for Nutella Frosting:

  • 1/2 C. Nutella
  • 1 T. Coconut Oil


Preheat oven to 350. Line Muffin Tin with cupcake liners. Take 9 Oreos and set them aside. Get 9 more Oreos and take the tops off of them and keep the sides with the frosting. You will use the leftover tops with no frosting to crunch up for topping the Brownies. Attach one topless Oreo to one full Oreo so you create a double stacked Oreo as pictured below. Continue until you have 9.

Combine first 5 Brownie ingredients in large bowl. Stir until well combined. Add salt, baking soda, baking powder, gradually stir flour in last.

Fill each compartment of muffin tin about a third of the way with brownie batter.  Place a double stacked Oreo on top as pictured below. Press down. Once all compartments have Oreos in them, scoop the remaining batter to cover all the Oreos {dividing accordingly}. Take leftover Oreo tops {from when they were separated} and crunch into pieces. Spoon onto each brownie before baking. Press in slightly with a spoon.

Bake Nutella Brownies at 350 for 19-21 minutes depending on oven.

Let cool.

Prepare Nutella Frosting.

Combine 1/2 C. Nutella with 1 T. Coconut Oil. Place in microwave and melt slightly {30 seconds or so} stirring until well mixed. Once the brownies are cool. Place warm frosting in ziplock bag. Cut a very small hole in the bottom corner of the bag {1/4″ or smaller}. Drizzle the frosting all along the tops of the brownies in a zigzag pattern.

Now don’t devour them all in one sitting.
